Yogalates is a fitness routine that combines Pilates exercises with the postures and breathing techniques of yoga to increase your strength and flexibility and is great for stress relief, too. This class is intended for beginners aged teen to adult. As part of the Summer Reading Program you can try a Yogalates class for FREE ! Space is limited and registration is required.
