Curbside Pick-Up Beginning November 30

November 2020 Curbside Guidelines

Curbside  Eligibility

  • No issues with the library card account. 
  • No lost items on card. 
  • No overdue items. Exceptions apply for recently returned items still in quarantine. 
  • Balance due on the account is $4.00 or less. 

 

Requesting Items

  • Call your local branch or request items online. 
  • Wait to hear from the library that your items are ready for pick-up. 
  • When you get confirmation your items are ready, call your local branch to schedule a pick-up time.

Curbside Delivery

After you have set up a curbside appointment with LDL staff:

  • Call the branch upon arrival. 
  • Flash your library card you used to place the items on hold through the car window for staff to confirm. 
  • Staff will use a no-contact transfer to give you your items.
