The group will meet virtually on the second and fourth Sunday of the month starting at 1 p.m. The first meeting will take place on Sunday, May 23, 2021. Each session usually lasts 3 - 4 hours. A Game Master and D&D enthusiast will be leading the gameplay and guiding players in each session.

The group will be using the website Roll20 to play the game and Guilded, a chat site for gaming communities to communicate during gameplay. Players should have an account on both sites prior to the first meeting.

For the first couple of sessions, the group will start out with one session games with predetermined characters, or ‘oneshots’, to get everyone familiar with the format, each other, and the websites being used. After that, there will be a session devoted to character development in order to create a character to use when the group begins their ‘campaign’, which is a longer game that covers more than one session. Registration is not required for this program. No D&D experience is required for joining the group.
