 rch from the fields of cultural anthropology and archaeology, focusing on 
 the prehistory of the Great Lakes region. Featured Michigan field sites in
 clude Schultz, Norton, Juntunen, and Younge (Lapeer).Peter’s presentatio
 n will explore Native American technology, architecture, subsistence patte
 rns, long-distance trade, and mound building. Attendees will also experien
 ce hands-on displays, historically accurate tool reproductions, and a tast
 ing of hickory milk.
