The Friends of the deAngeli Branch Library will host their summer book sale August 13-16. The sale will take place on the Lapeer Center for Innovation, previously Lapeer West High School. Friday all books 1/2 price, Saturday 15 books for $2.

The Knitters Group meets at the Metamora Branch Library on Thursdays from 1-3pm in the meeting room. Participants are welcome to gather to knit or do other crafts that can be hand carried. No paints or other liquids allowed.
