Noon years Eve party for families brought to you by Ennis Center for Children. Learn more about fostering. 

Ennis Center for Children's Regional Resource Team invites you to join them at the Marguerite deAngeli Branch of Lapeer District Library to talk about foster care and how you can help kids in care in 2024.

This is a kid friendly event! We will be celebrating by ringing in the New Year at Noon. There will be kid crafts, snacks, photo booth, and a balloon toss at Noon.
