Attending prom, a wedding, or a formal event?  Join us at the Lapeer District Library for a hands-on workshop where you’ll learn to create your very own stunning corsage. Presenter Charlotte Mosher will guide you through the process of designing and assembling a custom corsage to perfectly match your attire.
