Join Tammie Rain Hayes for a unique Sound Healing Meditation Experience.

Sound Healing promotes relaxation and wellness with benefits that include aiding in stress release and pain reduction. The program will feature sound healing instruments including mastercrafted gongs, medicine drums, tuning forks, singing bowls and more. Beginner and advanced meditators welcome. Guests may bring a yoga mat or towel, along with a light blanket and small pillow for comfort.
