Support groups create a safe, confidential, supportive environment or community and a chance for participants to develop informal mutual support and social relationships.

The Hadley Book Club meets on the 2nd Thursday of the month from 6 pm to 7 pm at the Hadley Branch. 

Registration is not required and new members are always welcome.

Playtime for little learners! Friday Friends can help children develop social skills by playing with their peers. Kids of all ages with an adult are welcome to join, but best for ages 2-4.

Stop by the Metamora Branch Library to make a craft for Father's Day.

Create a scene from your favorite book or movie and show it off to your new peers during the program. Finished projects will be on display in the children's area for one month.

The Friends of the Marguerite deAngeli Branch Library will be accepting material donations 2nd Saturday in January, February, March, and April at the Lapeer Center for Innovation from 10 a.m.

Join Nicole to learn the fundamental techniques of basic embroidery stitches! This hands-on class will cover essential stitches and is perfect for beginners.

Enjoy storytime with a firefighter and get hands on safety tips for those upcoming summer bonfires!

Storytime with a craft is selected with preschoolers in mind. 

Adult participation is required. 

Storytime space is reserved for children and their caregivers only.

Child Tutoring: Tutoring is for elementary children between grades 1st through 4th who need assistance in reading and/or math. Kids will have one-to-one instruction with a trained tutor.

Join the "Cup of Brushes" painting class, led by Erika Odykirk, for step-by-step group instructions on creating a beautiful painting. 

The Evening Book Club meets on the 3rd Wednesday of the month from 6 pm to 7 pm at the deAngeli Branch. 

Registration is not required and new members are always welcome.

Visit the Metamora Branch Library with your family or friends to play a game or make a puzzle.

Some games and puzzles are provided, or you can bring your own.

Bring your lawnchairs and a picnic...Copper Creek Band will be bringing back a great collection of classics, country, and more!
