Program Description

Event Details

Work on developing a foundation of body strength, stamina, and flexibility by using core strengthening poses and stretching exercises. No experience is necessary for the class will go through beginner to advanced level poses. Please bring a mat or towel to practice on. 

Check with your doctor first before signing up for this fitness program. Registration is required and begins two weeks before each class.
