The Library Board Meeting originally scheduled for Thursday, May 16 has been rescheduled for Thursday, May 23 at the Lapeer Center Building, 425 County Center St.

Event Details

The Friends of the Marguerite deAngeli Branch Library will be accepting material donations on Saturday, April 13 in the deAngeli parking lot from 10 a.m. -2 p.m. weather permitting or until the trailer is full. 

Donations should be in good, clean condition. 

  • No magazines, textbooks, encyclopedias, vinyl records, VHS tapes or books in poor condition. 
  • Donors must load them in the trailer (volunteers will not be touching books)  A hand truck will be available. 
  • Please bring in boxes if possible, some boxes may be available.
  • No donations will be accepted any other days/times. Please do not leave donations at the branch on other days. 
  • As always, weather and volunteer availability may impact these dates. It's best to always call the deAngeli Branch the day of to confirm.
