Program Type:Health & Wellness
Join us for one or all three sessions on Mind, Body and Spirit Wellness. Each session is 45 minutes.
1pm: Mind Health - Learn about how the brain functions, how it can react positively or negatively to certain factors and effective and infective coping strategies that can develop.
2pm: Body Health - Nutrition, exercise and lifestyle changes that can help with overall wellness.
3pm: Spirit Health - Learn about different types of religions, values and enlightenment.
