The Otter Lake Book Club meets on the 2nd Monday of each month at 11 AM. No meetings June - August and the October date is pushed to the third week. 10/20.

December Project: Birch Tree Landscape Paintings

We will use yarn and paint on canvases to create a birch tree landscape.

The Metamora Book Club meets on the 2nd Wednesday of the month from 1- 3 PM at the Metamora Branch. Registration is not required and new members are always welcome.

Support groups create a safe, confidential, supportive environment or community and a chance for participants to develop informal mutual support and social relationships.

The Knitters Group meets at the Metamora Branch Library on Thursdays from 1-3pm in the meeting room. Participants are welcome to gather to knit or do other crafts that can be hand carried. No paints or other liquids allowed.

The Hadley Book Club meets on the 2nd Thursday of the month from 6-7 PM at the Hadley Branch. For adults ages 18+. Registration is not required and new members are always welcome.

Visit the Metamora Branch Library to make a Christmas tree ornament or other holiday craft.

The Evening Book Club meets on the 3rd Wednesday of the month from 6-7 PM at the deAngeli Branch. For adults ages 18+. Registration is not required and new members are always welcome.

If you enjoy reading and sharing books with other adults, check out the LDL Book Discussion Group. This book discussion group usually meets the fourth Friday of each month at 11:30 am at the Marguerite deAngeli Branch Library.

Anyone interested in crochet, knitting felting, sewing, spinning weaving or any other fiber art is welcome. All skill levels are welcome!

Join cookie decorator Michelle Moore from Cups of Love, LLC,  to see how fun & easy it can be to decorate delicious sugar cookies. Everything you need is included: cookies, icing, decorations, and tools.

Bake up a batch of your favorite cookies to share, and don’t forget the recipe to swap with the group!

Writers Circle is a group of local writers who come together once a month to share new writings, get feedback and encouragement, and hopefully, direction as to possible publication. Our writers do fiction, plays, poetry and memoir.

Visit the Metamora Branch Library with your family or friends to play a game or make a puzzle.

Some games and puzzles are provided, or you can bring your own.
