Summer Library Program

Summer Library Program 2021 Whale June 11 - August 6 Read Log Win

It’s time for the Lapeer District Library Summer Library Program 2021! Celebrate the summer with reading, prizes, crafts and much, much more!  The Summer Library Program will take place June 11 - August 6.

This year’s Summer Library Program theme is Tails & Tales. All of our seven branches will have fun and exciting crafts and programs that celebrate animals and nature and the tales they inspire. We will also have virtual programing and Take & Make crafts throughout the summer.

In addition to our ongoing events, we will also host reading programs for Kids, Teens and Adults. Our reading program is now virtual! All ages can track their progress on Beanstack to log their reading and spend entries earned. Paper copies of each reading program are available for download or at your local LDL branch.

Track your reading online with Beanstack

Download the Beanstack app to any phone or tablet or access the Beanstack website to easily track your reading for the Kids, Teen or Adult Summer Reading Program.

In Beanstack you can virtually log the days you've read and earn entries into prize drawings.
