Summer Reading Program: June 6 - August 1
Celebrate the summer with reading, prizes, crafts and much, much more during our 2025 Summer Reading Program! All of our seven branches will have fun crafts and exciting programs for all ages. Join our Summer Reading Program for your chance at amazing prizes including family membership to Seven Ponds Nature Center, LEGO®, A Kids Art Class @ Gallery 194, and gift cards to over 15 local businesses.
Log the number of days you read between June 6 - August 1. Each day you read earns you a ticket towards the weekly and grand prize drawings for your age group.
Same rules for all age groups. Each age group will have their own set of weekly and grand prizes.
Upon registration, kids 0-12 will also receive one plush reading buddy and a free book for registering.
Log your days by Friday at 5 p.m. to qualify for the weekly drawings. All days must be logged by Friday, August 1 at 5 p.m. to qualify for the grand prizes.

The Marguerite deAngeli Library is running an art contest to select limited edition designs for library cards. Participants are encouraged to submit their best designs highlighting what they enjoy about the deAngeli Library and its services. One winner will be selected in each of the following age groups:
Grades 5 & Under
Grades 6-12
Ages 18+
Each winner's artwork will be featured on a new library card available beginning in September 2025. Winners will be notified and recognized in the Fall 2025 library newsletter.
